GRP: Comunicato Ufficiale

Come probabilmente avrete già sentito martedì scorso, 26 maggio, la nostra fabbrica è stata completamente devastata e distrutta da un grave incendio. Fortunatamente non c’è stato nessun ferito né tra i membri Gandini né tra i loro dipendenti.
Nei prossimi giorni, non appena ci saremo ripresi dallo shock fisico ed emotivo, noi faremo il punto della situazione per capire quello che si può fare per ricostruire e ripartire da questo ingente danno.
Nonostante il profondo dispiacere e tristezza per lÂ’accaduto, il nostro primo pensiero e ringraziamento va a tutti coloro che in ogni modo hanno espresso e dimostrato la loro comprensione e supporto durante quellÂ’orribile notte e nei giorni successivi.
La nostra volontà e speranza è di riuscire a ripartire presto, e per rendere questo possibile lavoreremo 24 ore su 24, se sarà necessario, per non perdere completamente il lavoro degli ultimi 20 anni. Vi terremo comunque informati prossimamente sulle tempistiche della ripresa.

As you probably may have heard already last Tuesday 26th of May, our factory was completely devastated and destroyed by a serious fire. Fortunately, nobody got injured amongst any of the GandiniÂ’s members or workers.
In the next days, as soon as we have recovered from our physical and mental shock, we will take stock of the situation from the technical point of view, to understand what we can do to rebuild ourselves and restart from this huge set-back.
In spite of our deep sadness and sorrow for what has happened, our first thought and thank goes to all those persons who in many ways have expressed and shown their sympathy and support during that horrible night and the following days.
Our will and hope is to be able to restart again soon, and we are working round the clock, if needed to make it happen and not to lose completely the work of the last 20 years. However, we will keep you updated soon on the schedule of our resumption.
